Visitor App notifications help your team stay informed when guests arrive or deliveries are registered. Testing these notifications allows you to confirm that messages reach the right people across all supported channels—email, SMS, Microsoft Teams, push notifications, or a combination of these. This ensures a smooth experience for both visitors and hosts, prevents missed deliveries, and enhances communication throughout your workspace.

Test Visitor App notifications
On the Admin Portal, go to Visitor Hub 
> Tablet App Settings > Notifications. Here, you can test the email notifications sent to:
The Host when a visitor arrives and checks in
The Visitor when an invitation email is sent out
The Delivery Recipient when a delivery is registered via the Visitor App
Additionally, the following channels are supported:
MS Teams (for Host and Delivery Recipient notifications). This feature is only available on OfficeRnD Workplace.
Push notifications (in the OfficeRnD Workplace app).

Email notifications
Hosts will receive an email when visitors check in. Recipients will receive an email when their delivery has arrived. This is what a Delivery notification email looks like:
