How does tracking deliveries work?
Receptionists can use the Visitor app to log a delivery and notify the recipient that it awaits pickup at the reception. Alternatively, you can log a new delivery on the Admin Portal.
The delivery log allows you to:
Track deliveries – You can manage deliveries in a grid view, similar to the Visitor Log.
Log deliveries – You can create deliveries from the web view.
Change delivery status – You can update the delivery status to picked up.
Export deliveries – You can easily generate reports using the export button.

Available features
Delivery button on the tablet app: A dedicated button on the Visitor Hub tablet app allows staff to quickly log new deliveries, simplifying the intake process.
Delivery log – A centralized hub to track, log, and manage deliveries (mark as picked-up), including timestamps and photos, making pickup and monitoring seamless.
Custom flows – Configure unique delivery workflows based on type (for example, mail, packages, food) for better organization.
Custom fields – Tailor delivery flows to collect essential details (for example, item count, signature requirements), ensuring easy identification and pickup.
Delivery photos – Capture and attach delivery photos to email notifications, adding an extra layer of verification for recipients.
Delivery notifications – Keep recipients informed with real-time alerts via email, mobile push, SMS, and MS Teams (for Workplace users), featuring clickable delivery photos for easy identification.
Access the delivery log
The system records all deliveries logged through the Visitor app or the Admin Portal. To access the complete delivery list, follow these steps:
Open the Flex or Workplace Admin Portal.
Go to Visitor Hub
> Overview > Deliveries.
You will see the deliveries for today. Click Reset Filters to view all deliveries.
Click the filter icons
to apply filters, and the arrows
to sort the delivery logs.
Log a delivery on the Admin Portal
To log a delivery on the Admin Portal, follow these steps:
Go to Go to Visitor Hub
> Overview > Deliveries and click Log Delivery.
In the Log a Delivery dialog, enter the recipient's name and select whether to send a notification to them.
Select the delivery's location.
Select the time of delivery.
Click Save.
