You can capture and store delivery photos to improve your workspace experience and ensure every delivery is logged and tracked effortlessly. Recipients see an image of their package in their email notification.

This feature is available in OfficeRnD Flex and Workplace.


How does the Delivery Photos feature work

When a delivery arrives at the reception, the deliveryman can select a Delivery flow in the Visitor app and take a photo of the delivery before completing the flow. If they want a better photo, they can retake it. When they complete the flow, their delivery photo is stored in the system, and the recipient is notified of the awaiting delivery.

You can turn on the feature to adjust any delivery flow. For example, you can turn it on for Visitors but off for Events. Photos are stored in the Delivery Log, making them easy to access and manage.

  • Easier Pickups: Need help carrying a heavy delivery? Recipients can bring colleagues after seeing what's waiting for them.

  • Dispute resolution – Quickly resolve misplaced or missing package claims.

Activate the Delivery Photos feature

To require taking photos of deliveries, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Visitor Hub > Tablet App Settings > Tablet Flows Customization.

  2. Click Customize next to "Deliveries".

  3. Click Customize next to "Deliveries".

  4. Open the Photo tab and turn on the toggle switch.

Review delivery photos in the Delivery Log

You can review the photo of each delivery in the Delivery Log:

  1. Go to Visitor Hub > Overview > Delivery Log.

  2. Click an image in the Photo column.
