Create a new delivery flow
To create a new delivery flow, follow these steps:
Go to Visitor Hub > Tablet App Settings > Tablet Flows Customization and click Customize next to "Deliveries".
Click Create New Flow.
Enter a name for the flow and click Add.
Return to the list of delivery flows and turn on the toggle switch next to your new delivery flow to activate the flow.
Add custom fields to a delivery flow
To create a new field for a delivery flow, follow these steps:
Go to Visitor Hub > Tablet App Settings > Tablet Flows Customization and click Customize next to "Deliveries".
Click Customize next to a delivery flow.
Click Add Field and select Custom field.
Select the field type. You can make it a text field, a single-choice, or a multiple-choice field:
Make the field required or leave it as optional (selected by default).
