How to Delete an Invoiced One-off Fee

Sometimes you have to delete a One-off Fee that's already been invoiced. Here's how to do it.

The above-mentioned steps are only possible if the invoice has not been paid, because paid invoices cannot be modified.
  1. Navigate to the member or company profile containing the invoice where the fee is invoiced.
  2. Open the invoice containing the One-off fee.
  3. Detach the One-off fee from the invoice with the Detach button.

  4. Navigate back to theĀ company/member profile containing the One-off fee.
  5. Go to the One-off fees section.
  6. Click on the cogwheel next to the One-off fee you would like to delete and click Delete.
