Sometimes you need to delete a One-off Fee that has already been invoiced. Here is how to do it.
- Navigate to the profile of the member/company that contains the invoice in which the fee is invoiced.
- Open the invoice containing the One-off fee.
- Detach the One-off fee from the invoice by using the "Detach" button.
- Navigate back to the profile of the company/member that contains the One-off fee and go to the One-off fees section.
- Click on the cogwheel next to the One-off fee you would like to delete and click "Delete".
Note: The above-mentioned steps are only possible if the invoice has not been paid, because paid invoices cannot be modified.
