Sometimes you have to delete a One-off Fee that's already been invoiced. Here's how to do it.
The above-mentioned steps are only possible if the invoice has not been paid, because paid invoices cannot be modified.
- Navigate to the member or company profile containing the invoice where the fee is invoiced.
- Open the invoice containing the One-off fee.
- Detach the One-off fee from the invoice with the Detach button.
- Navigate back to the company/member profile containing the One-off fee.
- Go to the One-off fees section.
- Click on the cogwheel next to the One-off fee you would like to delete and click Delete.
