Operators providing resources like private offices often collect different deposit amounts from their customers. In OfficeRnD, you can record this and other operations which will visible in your reports.
Note that OfficeRnD does not handle the process of returning the money to the customer's bank account. You can only record the successful completion of the refund. Learn more about payment gateway integrations and how payments work in OfficeRnD.
Action Items
1. Open the profile of the customer and find the deposit fee that you want to refund.
2. Issue a credit note for the deposit and mark it as refunded.
