From additional information that needs to be collected from members during sign-up to new fields needed for internal notes, custom properties in OfficeRnD allows you to do it all.
1. Navigate to Settings/Custom properties to create the new field you'd like to add.
2. (Optional) If your new property and the information stored there should be visible in a specific template (invoices, contracts, etc.), you should also update this setting under Settings/Templates.
