Well-designed office amenities are critical components of a successful workplace, as they provide a range of benefits for employees and employers. A few examples of amenities are video conferencing and whiteboards in the meeting rooms, docking stations, and dual monitors for desks.
In order to facilitate your employees' choice of a room, or a desk to book, in OfficeRnD Hybrid, we enable you to list all available office amenities.
To add your office amenities,
- Navigate to Office Space/Amenities.
- At the upper right, click Add amenity
- Set a title and select an icon to represent the amenity on the desk, office, room description.
Apply to a Resource
Once you have all of your amenities, you can edit your resources and add the needed amenities.
