Summary
The Workplace Policy Compliance dashboard helps organizations track employees' compliance with the office days requirements. You can narrow it down to a specific policy, team, or employee to see how/when they come to the office. Also available is a separate dashboard called Detailed View.
The dashboard is very helpful for organizations that don’t have policies but want to check the office visits pattern and potentially introduce such.
The dashboard data is updated every 2 hours.
How Compliance Is Calculated
The compliance is calculated based on the number of distinct days with confirmed bookings for each person within a specific week or month. This includes bookings for any resource type and is not limited to desk bookings only. If a person has 1 desk and 1 parking spot booking, this will be counted as a "presence day". If they have a parking spot booking only, this will be counted as "presence" as well.
Automatic Report Delivery
Team managers can get the dashboard delivered directly in their inbox, filtered with data for their department. To do this:
1. A Hybrid admin needs to schedule delivery of the Workplace Policy Compliance dashboard that's filtered by Team. Learn more about scheduling and sending dashboards.
2. The admin needs to set up automatic e-mail forwarding to the team manager. This is available both in Outlook and Google. Here is an article explaining how it can be done.
Included Metrics
-
Employees, by Policy Type (Requiring/Non-requiring Presence) - Employees split by policies requiring presence vs. policies not requiring presence (the Default policy doesn’t require presence before you edit it).
-
Compliance with Weekly Policies - % weekly compliance per Workplace Policy for the current week and 4 past weeks. The widget will load results only for week-based policies.
- If the policy requires a number of days per week, compliance is the: Total number of bookings per week / Total number of days required per week
- If the policy requires specific days of the week the compliance is the: Bookings for the required weekdays / Total number of specific days per week (e.g. if the employee has a booking for Tuesday in one week but Wednesday is the only required day, the compliance will be 0%)
-
Upcoming bookings are not counted in the compliance % for the current week (e.g. if the policy is to be in the office on Wednesday only, today is Tuesday and the employee has a booking for Wednesday, the compliance will be 0%)
-
Compliance with Monthly Policies - % monthly compliance per Workplace Policy for the current month and the 4 past months. The widget will load results only for month-based policies.
- The total number of bookings per month / Total number of days required per month
- Upcoming bookings are not counted in the compliance % for the current month (e.g. if the policy is to be in the office 3 times a month, 2 days with bookings already passed, and there is a 3rd booking for the future, the compliance will be 66%).
