Admin Notifications per Organization and Location

Summary

Hybrid lets you specify an e-mail address for each of your organization's locations alongside the organization's e-mail. The table below contains a list explaining which Admin notifications are sent on the Location level and on the Organization level by default.

Hybrid defaults to organization emails so if location emails are not provided, the notifications will be sent to the organization e-mail.

Tickets OfficeRnD - Employee Feedback The admin that is assigned to the ticket, or the location notifications mail if no assignee, or org mail if no location one.
Tickets New Comment on issue The admin that is assigned to the ticket, or the location notifications mail if no assignee, or org mail if no location one.
Bookings OfficeRnd - Booking Cancelled To location notifications mail if provided, otherwise default to org email.
Bookings OfficeRnD - Employee Booking Created To location notifications mail if provided, otherwise default to org email.
Bookings OfficeRnD - Employee Booking Request To location notifications mail if provided, otherwise default to org email.
Bookings OfficeRnD - Employee Booking Updated To location notifications mail if provided, otherwise default to org email.
Bookings OfficeRnD - Upcoming tentative bookings To location notifications mail if provided, otherwise default to org email.
Settings Admin SSO successfully enforced Only the admin updating the SSO configuration to enforce admin SSO.
Surveys Healthcheck Questionnaire Failure To location notifications mail if provided, otherwise default to org email.
