You can set up location-specific email addresses if your organization has multiple locations.
Note: To use this feature, you must first create several locations. You can configure their emails during the setup process or later when editing them. Learn how to add new locations →
Go to Space > Locations and click one of your locations.
In the Edit Location dialog, open the Emails tab.
Open Email Type and choose the notification group you want to configure. Learn more about notification types →
Notification – Enter the email address to which all notifications for this location will be sent. This email address is also displayed as a contact email address for the location.
Reply To – When you reply to an email notification, your email will be sent to the "Reply To" email address. If you leave the field empty, replies will be sent to the "From" email address (see below).
CC Admin Notifications – Enter one or more admin email addresses to which email notifications will be sent as CC.
This feature is useful if you have multiple admins and want to keep them updated with notifications from your organization.
BCC Admin Notifications – Enter one or more admin email addresses to which email notifications will be sent as BCC.
This feature is useful if you have multiple admins and want to keep them updated with notifications from your organization.
From – Enter a custom email address from which all OfficeRnD notifications will be sent. If you leave this field empty, all emails will be sent from the default email [email protected].

When done, click Update to save the changes.
