Dashboard overview
The Projected Revenue dashboard displays the projected revenue for every customer based on the memberships, fees, and revenue accounts they are associated with.
The four widgets at the top of the dashboard summarize the revenue forecast for the selected period. You can click on any of the values on the charts to see the individual projected fees that make up the respective total projected revenue value.
These widgets display:
The total projected revenue for the period (excluding tax)
The top 5 locations ranked by projected revenue
The top 5 revenue accounts ranked by projected revenue
The distribution of projected revenue between plans
How is data calculated?
Invoices, Credit Notes, and Overpayments are not included in this dashboard.
All data is calculated from the base amount of the billing plans and does not include the taxes applied to each revenue account.
Any memberships that do not span the entire month you are currently viewing will be prorated accordingly. For example, let's say a membership starts on April 10 and ends on April 30. It lasts 21 days, so the system will prorate it according to the proration settings. Learn how proration works in OfficeRnD →
