How to Hide a Plan From the Sign-Up Page

Learn how to hide a Billing Plan from the signup page or Member Portal while keeping it accessible for internal use through the Admin Portal.

Sometimes, as your business evolves, you may want to remove certain plans from public access without discontinuing them entirely. Hiding a Billing Plan ensures it is not visible on the Sign-Up page or in the Member Portal for drop-in or active members while allowing your team to apply it internally.

Hide a Billing Plan from the Sign-Up page

Follow these steps to hide a Billing Plan from the Sign-Up page or Member Portal:

  1. Go to Billing > Plans in the Admin Portal and open the plan you want to hide.

  2. In the Edit dialog, open the Member Apps tab.

  3. Clear the Available on sign-up and for drop-in users checkbox to hide the plan.

  4. Clear the Available for Members checkbox if you want to hide the plan from active members.

  5. Click Update to apply the changes.

Tip: To help your admin team distinguish between active and inactive Billing Plans, we recommend renaming the inactive ones and adding "Do not use" to their names.

After hiding the plan

When you hide a Billing Plan from the Sign-Up page and the Member Portal:

  • The Billing Plan will no longer appear on the Sign-Up page for drop-in users.

  • If you remove the Available for Members option, the plan will also be hidden from the Shop section of the Member Portal.

  • The Billing Plan will remain available for your team to apply directly from the Admin Portal.
