Hide Past Bookings For Users

For customers on the Enterprise Plan, OfficeRnD Workplace offers a convenient way to hide past bookings in order to maximize user privacy. When enabled, past bookings will be hidden for you and your colleagues in the Web Portal, the Workplace Work Mobile App, and MS Teams.

How to use

1. Open the Workplace Admin Portal.

2. Go to Settings > Organization and click on the Privacy tab.

3. Check or uncheck the Hide past bookings for users option.

4. When you're finished, click Update. A confirmation message will appear that the changes have been saved.
