OfficeRnD Workplace integrates with Crestron's industry-leading room display panels to book meeting rooms on the spot. This article explains the features and configuration process.
Note: The integration supports Crestron TSS-Series Touch Panels.

Users can check room availability
Users can check in for their booking (if required).
Crestron lightbars on the sides of the panel glow green or red, so it's easy to see from a distance if the meeting room is available or occupied.
All bookings are synced between Workplace, Crestron panels, and calendar integrations (Outlook or Google) to keep room availability up to date everywhere.
Export Meeting room URLs
Crestron panels are configured via Crestron’s Web Configuration Interface. As part of the setup, you will input a unique URL for each Meeting room. To do that:
1. In OfficeRnD Workplace, open the Admin Panel and navigate to Settings/Integrations.
2. Find Crestron Room Panels and click Configure.
3. Click Export Meeting Room URLs and save the .CSV file to your computer.
4. Open the .CSV file in a spreadsheet editor. You will find the Meeting room links in the URL column.
Add Meeting room to Crestron device
In the Crestron Web Configuration Interface:
1. Open the Settings tab and expand the System Setup section.
Note: If you have multiple Crestron panels, make sure you're setting up the correct device for the meeting room.
2. Expand the Date/Time section and change the settings to match your Organization's Date/Time Culture setting in OfficeRnD Workplace. It can be found in Settings/Organization/General (see the second screenshot).
3. Expand the Applications section (1). From the Application Mode drop-down menu (2), choose Crestron General Web. Finally, enter the Meeting room URL in the URL field (3).
Tip: For the best user experience, we recommend the following Device Display settings:
Auto Brightness toggle OFF.
Standby Timeout set to 0 minutes.
Questions & Answers
How does SSO work with the Crestron app integration?
The Crestron app supports SSO if it is enabled for the organization. SSO cannot be bypassed on Crestron tablets.
Who can see the "Book" button on Crestron tablets?
The "Book" button is only visible for Admin accounts. Regular users should book from tablets set up by admins.
What is the correct setup process for Crestron tablets in an organization?
Admins should set up the tablets once using their admin account. Individual users should not log into the tablets directly.
