Some spaces require you to check in when your booking starts. If you don't check in within the set window, your booking is automatically canceled, and the room becomes available to others.
You can check in 2 ways: on the tablet outside the room, or by selecting the link in your reminder email.
Check in on the tablet
A Check In button is displayed on the tablet outside your room when your booking starts. There may be a delay of up to 2 minutes after the start time due to caching.
Tap Check In to confirm your booking. Once you do, your booking is secured for the full duration.
Check in by email
If your space sends booking reminders, you'll receive an email before your booking starts. The email includes a Check In link you can select from any device. You don't need access to the tablet to use it.
Note: Not all spaces send reminder emails. If you're unsure whether your space uses email check-in, contact your space administrator.
What happens if you don't check in
If you don't check in within the cancellation window set by your space, your booking is canceled automatically. The exact window depends on your space's settings — typically between 5 and 60 minutes after the booking starts.
If your booking is canceled and you still need the room, you'll need to create a new booking.
