The OfficeRnD Rooms app runs on a tablet placed at the door of a Meeting Room. It shows whether the room is available or occupied at a glance, displays upcoming bookings, and lets members check in to their booking directly from the screen. When a meeting is in progress, the display turns red so anyone walking past can immediately see the room is taken. When the room is free, members can also see its rate, capacity, and amenities.
