The OfficeRnD Members app is the native mobile app for every operator. It mirrors the Member Portal and offers the same experience on a mobile device.
Members can use the app to book a meeting room and make edits or cancel existing bookings.

Book a meeting room
Members can book available meeting rooms on the Members mobile app.
The Meeting Room booking view will show you all available rooms when you open the app.
Occupied rooms are not displayed. Use the filters to adjust the booking time, location, and floor.
To book a meeting room on the Members app:
When you open the app, tap Book a Room to go to the Meeting Rooms screen and make a booking.
On the Meeting Rooms screen, you can use the date and time pickers to select the duration of your booking.
In the list of meeting rooms, you will see only those available during the time period you have defined.
For each room, you can scroll on the timeline to see available time slots.
Tap the filter icon to filter rooms by capacity, available amenities, and the floor they are located on.
Find the room you want to book and click Book.
Enter a title and description for the booking.
Add guests to the booking.
Inviting a guest to a booking will grant them door access based on your Meeting Room mappings in your door access integration.
Check and confirm the booking details and policies.
(optional) Add extras.
Review the booking summary and tap Book.
After completing the booking, you can edit it at any time.
Edit or cancel a booking
To edit or cancel a booking:
Open the app's home screen.
In the Upcoming Bookings section, tap the booking you want to edit or cancel.
Tap Edit Booking.
Tap Cancel Booking or make your changes and tap Update.
