If you own the Branded Apps Package, you can request a branded (white-label) version of the OfficeRnD Members app, which we will develop for Android and iOS devices.
You must prepare some resources for the mobile application. You can find detailed information on each one below.
Door access integrations
Branded mobile apps support multi-vendor mobile access through door access integrations, providing your members with a seamless experience. OfficeRnD Flex integrates with popular access control systems, such as SaltoKS, KISI, Brivo, Openpath, and HID. However, not all integrations are compatible.

Apple account
To publish your branded app on the Apple App Store, you must have an Organizational Apple account and grant OfficeRnD the necessary permissions. Learn how to create an Apple account and allow OfficeRnD to publish your iOS app →
Important Apple Account Notes:
Monitor your Apple account regularly to accept pending agreements or renew subscriptions. Failure to do so can result in Apple removing your branded app from the App Store.
Apps cannot be published exclusively to one store (for example, only Google Play or the Apple App Store).
Android apps are published under the OfficeRnD Google Play account.
Company/Space Name
You must provide us with the name of your space or company. This will be used in the app description on the Apple and Google Play Stores, making it easier for members to find your app.
App name
You must choose a name for your app to be displayed in the Google Play and Apple App Store.
Apple-specific requirements:
The App Name must be unique; no duplicate names are allowed on the Apple App Store.
Provide three name suggestions. If none are accepted, OfficeRnD will contact you to submit alternative names.
App names cannot start with a number (for example, "123 Coworking Space" is invalid).
We use the OpenSans font for the app UI.
Display name
The Display Name is the app name appearing on a user's device after installation.
The Display Name does not need to be unique.
The Display Name can differ from the App Name submitted to the stores.
When completing the submission form, you can specify your preferred display name.
App description for store listings
To submit your app to a store, its description must meet the following approval standards; otherwise, the app will be rejected:
The app description accurately reflects the app's features and functionality.
The app description focuses solely on the app, not the organization or space users are joining. It includes only the features that users can directly interact with within the app and avoids mentioning unrelated or external elements.
The app description is clear, well-written, and free of repetitive or irrelevant content.
Splash screen
The Splash Screen is the loading screen image displayed when the app opens. Ensure the image meets the following requirements:
Size: 2208px x 2208px
Format: .png
Background: solid color only (no transparency or alpha channels)
Design: Include at least 660px of empty space on all sides to accommodate automatic resizing for different devices. "Empty space" refers to an area on the image that might be cut off when resized automatically to fit different device resolutions.
Here is an example of a good splash screen image:
Logo
The Logo is displayed on your app login screen. Submit a logo that meets these criteria:
Size: 1024px x 768px
Format: .png
Background: transparent
Design: To ensure proper resizing, include at least 140px of empty space on all sides. "Empty space" refers to an area on the image that might be cut off when it is automatically resized to fit different device resolutions.
Here is an example of a good logo image:
Icon
The Icon represents your app in mobile app stores and on devices. Ensure the icon adheres to these requirements:
Size: 2048px x 2048px
Format: .png
Background: solid color only (no transparency or alpha channels)
Safe Zone: Include approximately 400px empty space on all sides for proper resizing on different devices. "Empty space refers to an area on the image that is cut off when it is resized or masked automatically to fit different device resolutions.
Note: The app stores may automatically round the icon; you do not need to submit a rounded image.
For additional guidelines, review the official App Store App Icon Guidelines and the Google Play Icon Design Specifications. You can also review the official Android guide on Adaptive Icons and this guide from a professional Android designer.
Important: The logo size should be adjusted depending on its visual weight and orientation (portrait, landscape). It could be bigger than the Android Safe Zone area, but remember that it might lead to undesired results.
Here are a couple of examples to use when preparing your app icon. You can see how the icon is created based on the image that is used:
Submit the resources
Complete the Submission Form to request your branded app.
Timeline:
OfficeRnD typically releases apps within 3–4 weeks after submission.
Review times may vary based on Apple and Google's review processes:
Apple: "On average, 50% of apps are reviewed within 24 hours, and 90% are reviewed within 48 hours. Some apps, however, may require additional time to review, and there may be times during the year when we experience higher-than-average submission volume and have delayed review times."
Google: "App review times may fluctuate and may take 7 days or longer in exceptional cases."
