[Members App] Account Screen

On the Members mobile app, members can take full control of their workspace experience with the self-service tools available directly on their mobile device. They can manage their profile, team, and usage credits, allowing them to focus on their work without administrative delays.

Account screen overview

This is what you can do on the Account screen on the Members mobile app:

  • On the Profile tab, members can update personal and company details, upload photos and logos, and configure privacy settings.

  • On the Team Members tab, company contact persons can add or remove team members to keep rosters up to date.

  • On the Bookings tab, members can view their upcoming and past bookings, as well as other members' bookings in their company.

  • On the Allowance tab, members can monitor their available booking credits and day passes.

  • On the Orders tab, members can view company and personal purchases.

  • On the Visitors tab, members can pre-register standalone guests independently of room bookings to streamline front-desk check-ins and improve security.

  • On the Terms and Conditions tab, members can review signed terms, rules, codes of conduct, and workspace policies.

Here are examples of how the Account screen can be used:

  • A company manager can add a new hire to the team roster while on the move, granting them immediate access to the workspace.

  • A member can quickly check their remaining credits before scheduling a meeting to ensure they have enough for their preferred room.

  • A member can register a client for a casual meeting in the lounge, ensuring the front desk is prepared for their arrival.

Only billing and contact persons can edit company info.


Change profile privacy settings

To change the privacy settings of your profile and control what information is visible to others:

  1. Open the Account screen and then the Profile tab.

  2. Tap the audience type to set your privacy settings.

  3. You can hide your entire profile or individual sections of it, or make everything visible to everyone in the community.


Change your password

For a member to change their account password, they must:

  1. Go to the Account screen and on the Profile tab, scroll down to the Settings section.

  2. Tap Change Password.

For a member to change the language of the Member Portal and the Members app, they must:

  1. Go to the Account screen and on the Profile tab, scroll down to the Settings section.

  2. Open the language selector and select the new language.
