Learn what information you can find and manage on the Account page in the Member Portal, including profile details, bookings, and credits.

The Account page on the OfficeRnD Flex Member Portal gives you full access to your personal profile, team information, bookings, credits, orders, tickets, and accepted terms and conditions. Managing your account helps you stay organized, track your usage, and access important details quickly.

By the end of this article, you will understand how to use each tab to update your information, monitor your bookings and orders, view your credits, and handle ticket submissions.


Overview of the Account page on the Member Portal

The Account page in the Member Portal provides an organized view of your profile, team members, personal and company bookings, credits, orders, tickets, and accepted terms and conditions.

Each tab contains important information that you can review and manage.

Profile (tab)

On the Profile tab, you can view and update your personal information and contact details.

In the Settings section at the bottom of the page, you can:

  • Change the portal language.

  • Reset your password.

Team Members (tab)

On the Team Members tab, you can view the list of all your colleagues:

  • Review your team members' details.

  • Copy your colleagues' email addresses for easier communication.

Bookings (tab)

On the Bookings tab, you can review all your personal bookings made through the Member Portal:

  • Open the Company subtab to view all bookings made on behalf of your company.

  • Quickly check booking details without needing to leave the portal.

Allowance (tab)

On the Allowance tab, you can view the different credits assigned to you or your company.

There are two types of credits displayed:

Note: If credits are set as unlimited for a type or rate (for example, unlimited hours for a Meeting Room), they will not appear on the Allowance tab.

You can also:

  • Click the arrow to open the Transaction Log for Booking Coins.
    ​

  • Review all transactions, including:

    • The date of each transaction.

    • Details about the usage or the Billing Plan where the credits were earned.
      ​

  • Select the Display negative transactions checkbox to filter and view only negative transactions.

Orders (tab)

On the Orders tab, you can review all orders made either by you personally or by your company:

  • A history of previous purchases.

  • Easy access to view and confirm the details of each order.

Tickets (tab)

On the Tickets tab, you can manage your support communications:

  • Review all your submitted tickets.

  • Submit new tickets if you need help or encounter any issues.

Terms and Conditions (tab)

On the Terms and Conditions tab, you can view all documents you have reviewed and accepted.

On the Terms and Conditions tab, you can:

  • Confirm which agreements you have already accepted.

  • Keep track of compliance and policy documents.


FAQ: Using the Account page in the Member Portal

How can I update my personal information in the Member Portal?

Open the Profile tab on the Account page and update your personal and contact information. You can also change the portal language or reset your password there.

Where can I find my team's contact information?

Open the Team Members tab to see the list of your colleagues. You can easily copy their email addresses for communication.

How can I view my company's bookings?

Open the Bookings tab and open the Company sub-tab to review all bookings made for your company.

Why are some credits not visible on the Allowance tab?

Credits that are unlimited, such as unlimited hourly credits for a Meeting Room, do not appear on the Allowance tab.

What information can I find in the Transaction Log?

The Transaction Log on the Allowance tab shows all transactions involving Booking Coins, including dates, bookings they were used for, and Billing Plans where they were earned. You can also filter to show only negative transactions.

Where can I review the terms and conditions I accepted?

On the Member Portal, open the Account page and then the Terms and Conditions tab to view all documents you have reviewed and accepted.
