The Account page on the Member Portal provides information about your profile, team members, bookings, available credits, previous orders, tickets, and the accepted terms and conditions.


Profile

On the Profile tab, you can update your personal information and contact details. Scroll to the bottom to change the portal language or reset your password.

Team Members

On the Team Members tab, you can review all your colleagues and copy their email addresses.

Bookings

On the Bookings tab, you can review all your personal bookings. You can open the "Company" tab to review all bookings for your company.

Allowance

On the Allowance tab, you can view all of the different credits that are assigned to you or your company.

Note: The tab does not display specific credit allocations when credits are unlimited for types/rates i.e. when unlimited Credit (hours) for a Meeting Room is granted, that allocation isn't actually shown in the Credits tab.

There are two types of credits:

You can also click on the arrow to open the Transaction Log. It's only available for coins. Here, you can see all the transactions, the date they occurred, and details such as for which booking they were used, or which plan they were gained from. The negative transactions can be filtered from the Display negative transactions checkbox.

Orders

On the Orders tab, you can review all orders made by you or your company.

Tickets

On the Tickets tab, you can review all your submitted tickets and submit a new one.

Terms and Conditions

On the Terms and Conditions tab, you can review all documents you have reviewed and accepted.
