[Member Portal] Billing Page

Learn how to view and manage your personal and company billing information on the OfficeRnD Member Portal.

The Billing page on the OfficeRnD Member Portal shows all charges, memberships, payment methods, and invoices associated with your account. If you are a company billing person, you will see separate tabs for personal and company data.

This article explains how to manage your billing details, track invoices, and view membership charges.


What billing information can be viewed?

Depending on your affiliation with a company and your role within it, you may have access to either solely your personal billing information or both your personal and the company's billing information.

  • If you are the billing person of a company, you will see both the Company and Personal tabs.

  • If you are not a billing person or not affiliated with a company, you will only see your Personal billing information.

Note: Members cannot purchase services using Booking Coins from their account or company. Only admins can apply Booking Coins to charges.

Payment Details

The Payment Details tab displays saved payment methods, including bank accounts and credit or debit cards. You may add new methods, remove existing ones, and edit location permissions if you have the necessary permissions.

In the Payment Details section, you can:

  • Add new payment methods

  • Remove existing methods

  • Edit location permissions (if permitted)

Edit location permissions for a payment method

To edit the location permissions for any payment method:

  1. Click the three dots next to a payment method.

  2. Click Change location permissions.

  3. Select the locations that can use these payment details.

  4. Click Save.

Invoices

The Invoices tab lists all invoices issued to you or your company.

  • If an invoice is unpaid, a Pay button appears next to it.

  • If no payment method is saved, clicking Pay opens a dialog where you can enter new payment details.

  • You can download invoices as PDF files.

  • The date filter defaults to the current month but can be adjusted.

Membership

On the Membership tab, you can view all memberships assigned to you or your company, including past, expired, or terminated ones.

To view all Credits and Day Passes assigned to you or your company, you must open the Account page on the Member Portal.

One-off Fees

On the One-Off Fees tab, you can view all one-time charges issued to you, such as:

  • Booking fees

  • Setup fees

  • Catering fees

On the One-Off Fees tab, you can:

  • Use the date filter to adjust the time range

  • Use the search box to find specific fees by name


FAQ: Billing page on the Member Portal

Who can see company billing information?

Only members who are billing persons for their company can view company billing information. All others see personal data only.

Can members use Booking Coins to pay for services?

No. Only admins can apply Booking Coins to services or fees.

How can I add or remove a payment method?

Open the Payment Details tab to add, remove, or manage your saved bank accounts or cards.

What if I don't have a payment method saved but want to pay an invoice?

Click Pay next to the invoice, and a dialog will open where you can enter new payment details.

How do I view past or future invoices?

Open the Billing page on the Member Portal, use the date filter on the Invoices tab to change the range, and view older or upcoming invoices.

Can I search for a specific one-off fee?

Yes. Open the Billing page on the Member Portal, and use the search box on the One-off Fees tab to locate a fee by its name.
