The Check-ins Overview dashboard provides an overview of daily check-ins for both Members and Visitors in your space. It provides insights into overall activity trends and includes details on the usage of Day Passes during check-ins. The dashboard does not include booking check-ins.

The top summary charts provide an overview of data for your organization's check-ins:
Average Number of Check-ins per Day – The average number of daily check-ins is calculated based on the total check-ins by members and visitors over the specified period.
Average Number of Members Check-ins per Day

Average Stay Duration in Hours – The average duration of member and visitor check-ins over the specified period.

Number of Check-ins per Day
The total number of check-ins on site per day, presented separately for members, visitors, and their combined total over the specified time period. If a member or visitor checks in multiple times in a single day, each check-in is counted separately.
Average Number of People on Site per Day of the Week
The average number of people on site, per day of the week, presented separately for members, visitors, and their combined total, over the specified time period. Each person is counted only once daily, regardless of the times they check in.
Average Number of People on Site per Hour of the Day
The average number of people on site per hour of the day is presented separately for members, visitors, and their combined total over the specified period. Each person is counted only once daily, regardless of the times they check in.
Day Passes Used by Day
The total number of Day Passes used per day.
