The Membership Anniversary dashboard provides visibility into the lifecycle of active memberships, focusing on key details such as start dates, end dates, and tenure. It is designed to help you monitor upcoming expirations, identify contracts eligible for price indexation, and understand the overall distribution of active memberships over time.
Before you start
Dashboard overview
The five widgets at the top of the dashboard provide summarized insights about your organization's active memberships in the selected timeframe. You can see:
Memberships Starting This Month – Total number of active memberships with a start date in the current month. This tile is not affected by filters for membership start date, end date, or tenure.
Memberships Expiring This Month – Total number of active memberships with an end date in the current month. This tile is not affected by filters for membership start date, end date, or tenure.
Active Memberships Without End Date – Total number of active memberships with no end date. This tile is not affected by filters for membership start date, end date, or tenure.
Average Tenure of Active Memberships – Average number of months since the start of all active memberships.
Total Memberships Revenue – Total monthly revenue generated from active memberships that match the selected filters, excluding tax. Proration is not applied.
Memberships List
This table provides a comprehensive overview of all memberships that match the selected filters. Memberships expiring in the next 3 months are highlighted in red, while those expiring further in the future are highlighted in green. For each membership, the table displays the number of months since the start date and the number of months remaining until expiration, if an end date is present.
