New Integration: Sage Intacct

Sync invoices, payments, credit notes, and overpayments in real time with our new Sage Intacct integration—designed to automate AR and Order Entry workflows and eliminate manual reconciliation. Customize revenue mappings, tax codes, and payment methods to match your setup.

ACH for Recurring Payments in Growth Hub

US-based customers using Stripe can now collect ACH info for recurring payments in flows that don't charge immediately or require approval. The ACH option appears automatically or when the "Requires Approval" setting is enabled.

Localization in Growth Hub

Offer a fully translated booking experience with customizable labels, buttons, and space names. Add unlimited languages, preview journeys before going live, and sync with your website's language selector for a seamless, localized flow that builds trust and boosts conversions.

⚡ Optimizations

New billing settings

We've revamped the billing settings to make them simpler and easier to manage. Instead of one long page, billing settings are now organized into tabs for a clearer, faster, and more intuitive experience.

Processing Fees are now configurable per location

You can now set different processing fee rules by location to stay compliant with regional laws and support unique business needs. Apply varied fee percentages by card type, turn off fees in specific states or nonprofit sites, and run A/B tests across locations—all while keeping centralized billing intact. Stripe users can also opt out of fees for debit cards.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Changes to billing lock settings now trigger proper activity tracking. You'll see system events and webhooks as expected, maintaining consistency and ensuring auditability.

  • Credit coin logs now correctly show the company name in the Activity Logs. You can filter and track “Credit Seeds” by company without missing entries or empty columns.

  • Booking emails for visits with multiple guests were failing silently due to an internal ID issue. Emails are now sent correctly to both members and admins—no more missed notifications.
