New and improved Growth Hub

What's new ✨

Growth Hub is now website-native with clearer marketing attribution

Growth Hub is now website-native and ready for real marketing work. You can embed Growth Hub directly into your website so the booking flow feels like part of your site and sends visitors straight to the space, product, or step you want them to see. This reduces friction in the booking journey and makes it easier to turn website traffic into confirmed bookings.

This release also fixes the “where did this booking come from?” problem. UTMs now persist across pages and are saved at checkout, so you can see which campaigns and channels drive bookings and revenue inside Growth Hub, even without Google Analytics. For teams using GA4, there is a ready-to-import Google Tag Manager setup that sends core ecommerce events, and all tracking respects your website’s cookie consent settings, so measurement stays compliant and predictable.

Flex now supports eInvoicing and tax reporting

E-invoicing and mandatory tax reporting are now supported in OfficeRnD Flex, enabling you to comply with local tax rules without manually running everything. Instead of sending PDFs and dealing with rejections later, invoices are created in a structured format and routed through the required national systems or via Peppol.

Once activated, invoices are validated, reported, or cleared in accordance with local regulations. This helps reduce failed invoices, last-minute fixes, and compliance-related uncertainty, especially if you operate in or invoice companies across multiple countries.

Optimizations ⚡

Booking availability improvement

Private offices that are assigned to a company are no longer available for short-term booking. OfficeRnD now checks both bookings and active memberships before showing an office as bookable, so day or hourly bookings appear only during real gaps between tenants. This lets you safely monetize move-in gaps without duplicating resources or worrying about double bookings.

Watch the video to learn how to make your offices bookable and sell them during periods when they are free.

New locations navigation menu

The Locations menu has been updated for better clarity and mobile use. Locations are now easier to scan, the menu works well on smaller screens, and it matches the new side navigation. To speed things up, organizations no longer appear in the menu, but you can still access them from your profile menu.
