Customers booking through the Growth Hub encounter a 3-step flow: personal details, billing, and payment. Each step focuses on one thing, keeping the form short and the experience predictable. A booking summary stays visible throughout and updates automatically as details are confirmed. Customers can go back and edit any earlier step before completing payment.

Step 1: Enter personal details
The first step collects the customer's name, email address, and phone number.
At this step, the customer can subscribe to receive exclusive offers and discounts. If they select the checkbox, they will also receive checkout reminder emails (if you have configured any).
When the customer clicks Go to Billing Details, the email address is checked for matching existing accounts in your OfficeRnD organization. What happens next depends on what is found:
No match found
If the email address is not associated with any existing account, the customer continues as a new customer. They can make the purchase as an individual (Personal Use) or as a company (Business Use). Depending on this choice, they must provide the required billing details. A new member and company record will be created automatically when the booking is completed.
Single match found
If the email address matches one existing account, the system identifies what type of account it is and presents the appropriate option:
Scenario | What the customer sees | What happens next |
Drop-in member | Option to continue with the existing account or create a new one | Customer chooses one of the options, then proceeds to billing |
Active member with login access | Log in option only β no guest or new account option | Customer is directed to the member portal to log in and complete the booking |
Active member without login access | Create account option only | Customer sets up access and receives a welcome email, then proceeds |
If the customer is an 'Active' member, they will see the option to log in to the Member Portal and proceed with making the booking there.
Multiple matches found
If the email address is linked to more than one account, the system displays a selector so the customer can choose which account to use.
The options shown depend on the types of accounts matched:
Scenario | What the customer sees | What happens next |
At least one active member in the matches | Accounts listed; active member accounts show 'Log in' or 'Create account' only | Active member handling applies (see single match above β); drop-in accounts can be selected freely |
All matches are drop-in members | All matching accounts listed, plus the option to create a new account | Customer selects preferred account or continues as new, then proceeds to billing |
Active members are always directed to log in or activate their accounts. This ensures bookings are correctly attributed and member benefits are applied. Guest checkout is not available for active members.
Step 2: Confirm billing details
The billing step adapts depending on whether the customer is new or has been matched to an existing account:
New customers: The customer specifies whether the booking is for personal or business use. Once billing details are entered and confirmed, they move to step 3.
Existing account customers: Billing details are pre-filled and masked for security. These details cannot be edited during checkout. To change the account they are booking under, the customer can go back to Step 1.
Customers also agree to the Terms and Conditions by proceeding to step 3.
Step 3: Review and pay
On the final step, customers must enter and confirm their payment details. On this step, customers can also enter a promo code. The booking summary updates to reflect any discount applied.
Customers will see a complete summary of the booking before payment is taken. This includes the price breakdown, applicable taxes, and any promo code discount.
The customer enters their payment details through Stripe and confirms the purchase. On success, they are taken to a confirmation page.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Growth Hub does not store the card details.
Edit a previous step
Each completed step displays a summary of the information entered, with an option to edit. Click the edit icon
to return to that step. Returning to a previous step preserves all previously entered details, and nothing is lost.
Once payment is confirmed, changes are not possible through the checkout flow.
Validation and error handling
Validation happens at the step level. If a required field is missing or an entry is invalid, an error is displayed on the relevant step before the customer can proceed. This keeps errors contained and easier to resolve.
FAQs
Why am I being asked to log in instead of continuing as a guest?
If your email address is linked to an active membership, you must log in to complete the booking. This ensures the booking is attributed to your membership and any member benefits are correctly applied. Guest checkout is not available for active members.
I have multiple accounts. Which one should I choose?
Choose the account associated with the company or membership you want to use for this booking. If you are unsure, contact the workspace team for guidance.
Can I change my billing details during checkout?
If you are using an existing account, billing details are pre-filled and cannot be edited during checkout. To update your billing information, contact the workspace team or log in to the Member Portal.
What happens if my promo code is not working?
Promo codes are validated at the billing step. If a code is not accepted, check that it has been entered correctly and has not expired. If the issue persists, contact the workspace team.
My booking was not confirmed. What should I do?
If payment was taken but you did not receive a confirmation, check your email, including your spam folder. If no confirmation arrives within a few minutes, contact the workspace team with your booking details.
Can I go back and change something after completing a step?
Yes. You can return to any earlier step before completing payment. Previously entered details are saved. Once payment is confirmed, changes are not possible through the checkout flow.
