Dashboard overview
The widgets at the top provide an overview of checkout abandonment and recovery performance.
Abandoned Checkouts – The total number of Growth Hub checkouts that were started but not completed within the selected period.
Recovered Checkouts – The total number of previously abandoned checkouts that were successfully completed after recovery actions within the selected period.
Checkouts Recovery Rate – The percentage of abandoned checkouts that were successfully recovered, showing overall recovery effectiveness within the selected period.
Average Hours to Recovery – The average time it takes for an abandoned checkout to be recovered after the abandonment event within the selected period.
Emails Sent – The total number of automated recovery emails sent to users with abandoned checkouts during the selected period.
Abandoned Checkout Amount – The total monetary value of all checkouts at the time they were abandoned, representing potential lost revenue before any later adjustments such as discounts, dynamic pricing, or taxes within the selected period.
Recovered Revenue – The total revenue generated from recovered checkouts, including completed payments that originated from previously abandoned sessions within the selected period. For a membership, it represents the prorated, discounted revenue for the membership's first billing cycle. In the case of a fee, it represents the discounted fee revenue after applicable pricing adjustments.
Revenue Recovery Rate – The percentage of abandoned checkout value that was successfully recovered as revenue, showing how much of the lost pipeline was converted back into actual revenue.
Abandoned Checkouts with UTMs – The number of abandoned checkouts that include UTM parameters, indicating sessions that originated from trackable marketing campaigns and can be attributed to specific acquisition sources.
Note: Even when an abandoned checkout is successfully recovered, the Abandoned Checkout Amount and Recovered Revenue do not necessarily match. This is because the abandoned amount reflects the original gross checkout value, while the recovered revenue is calculated after applying adjustments such as discounts, dynamic pricing, and taxes. For example, an abandoned checkout of 25.00 may be reduced to 20.00 after a 20% discount, and further adjusted with taxes (for example, 3.33), resulting in a final recovered revenue of 16.67.
