Growth Hub Billable Transactions Volume
A summary table that includes all key components used in the calculation of the billable volume, split by location and month: On-Demand Revenue (one-off fees), Membership Revenue, Total Revenue, Processing Fees, Deposits, Total Subtract, Volume for GH Fee.
Total Revenue: The total revenue generated from the Growth Hub, recognized for the selected period. It is calculated as the sum of revenue from on-demand transactions (one-off fees) and membership fees. Recognition is based on the date revenue is recorded, rather than the date of purchase.
Total Subtract: The amount excluded from billing, such as deposits or processing fees.
Volume for GH Fee: The final amount to which the Growth Hub fee percentage is applied to determine your monthly charge.
On-Demand Volume Details
A detailed list of on-demand billable volume (one-off fees) at the transaction level, broken down by location and month.
Memberships Volume Details
A detailed list of membership-related billable volume at the transaction level, broken down by location and month.
The membership revenue includes only the initial amount owed by the end user for the first billing cycle, and it is recorded in the first month of that cycle.
Example: If a Growth Hub customer starts a $100 membership on June 15, billed every 2 months, the first billing cycle may include approximately $51.61 for June (prorated) and $100 for July, totaling around $151.61. The full amount of $151.61 will be reflected in June only.
