It includes high-level metrics and detailed breakdowns to help you monitor promo code usage, track discount effectiveness, and evaluate revenue generated from discounted transactions.

Dashboard overview
The Promo Codes dashboard includes multiple widgets that display data for your Growth Hub Promo Codes.
Important: The date range applied to this dashboard is based on the transaction date (the date of purchase). This differs from other Growth Hub dashboards, where revenue recognition is based on the date revenue is recorded (for example, when the service is delivered), rather than when the purchase occurred.
The six widgets at the top of the dashboard provide an overview of data for your Growth Hub promo code performance:
Purchased Products with Codes – The total number of Growth Hub purchases with promo codes applied during the selected period, including both one-off fees and memberships
Purchased Products without Codes – The total number of Growth Hub purchases without promo codes applied during the selected period, including both one-off fees and memberships.
Revenue with Codes – The total revenue generated from Growth Hub transactions with promo codes applied during the selected period. It includes revenue from both on-demand transactions (one-off fees) and memberships.
Revenue without Codes – The total revenue generated from Growth Hub transactions without promo codes applied during the selected period. It includes revenue from both on-demand transactions (one-off fees) and memberships.
Average Purchase Value with Codes – The average revenue per Growth Hub purchase with promo codes applied during the selected period. It is calculated as the total revenue from promo code purchases divided by the number of such transactions (fees and memberships).
Average Purchase Value without Codes – The average revenue per Growth Hub purchase without promo codes applied during the selected period. It is calculated as the total revenue from purchases without promo codes divided by the number of such purchases (including one-off fees and memberships).
Promo Code Purchases Over Time
The total number of Growth Hub purchases with promo codes applied, broken down by day, during the selected period.
Promo Code Revenue Over Time
The total revenue from Growth Hub transactions with promo codes applied, broken down by day, during the selected period.
Promo Codes Overview
An overview of each promo code, including discount details, active period, archival status, usage limits, actual usage, and utilization rate.
Note: A promo code will only appear in this table after it has been used at least once. Newly created promo codes that haven't been applied yet will not be visible.
