Running a coworking space means making decisions every day about pricing, space allocation, membership plans, and member experience, often without a clear picture of what's actually happening. Data Hub gives you that picture. It pulls your operational data into a set of ready-to-use dashboards so you can see what's driving revenue, which spaces are underused, where members are churning, and how your bookings are trending, without building reports from scratch.
Data Hub covers the full range of your operations: financial performance, space and occupancy, membership activity, bookings and utilization, member engagement, and e-commerce. Every dashboard is filterable, drillable, and exportable. Historical data goes back up to 2 years.
How can Data Hub help you?
Use Data Hub to make informed decisions across every area of your operations:
Enhance space utilization: Identify underused areas and make informed decisions about space allocation and layout adjustments.
Improve member experience: Monitor how members interact with your space and adjust services to better match their needs.
Optimize costs: Analyze usage patterns to choose cost-effective membership plans and reduce unnecessary spending.
Build community: Identify interaction patterns to schedule relevant events and foster collaboration among members.
Measure performance: Track occupancy rates, revenue trends, and member retention to guide your strategy.
Forecast ahead: Spot trends early and adjust your pricing and services before they become problems.
Find the data you need
Here's how those outcomes (see above ↑) map to the data available in each section of Data Hub.
Is my revenue where it should be? Track actual vs. projected revenue, invoiced amounts, overdue balances, payment activity, and deposits.
How full is my space? Measure desk and office occupancy, compare against revenue targets, and see which resource types are under- or overperforming.
Am I retaining members? Follow membership growth and churn, track new vs. lost customers, and see which plans drive long-term retention.
How are bookings performing? Analyze booking volume, resource utilization rates, credits and coins consumption, and check-in activity.
Are members engaging? Track portal logins, event RSVPs, surveys, check-ins, and support ticket trends.
How is my Growth Hub performing? Review e-commerce revenue, on-demand transactions, membership purchases, and promo code usage.
