Checkout recovery in Growth Hub

You've probably seen this before: someone starts a booking, gets all the way to checkout, then disappears. You end up double-checking whether they'll come back, or worse, you lose the revenue without knowing why. With the new checkout recovery feature, you can track incomplete purchases and follow up without manually chasing every lead.

Sell more with day pass packs

If you've been creating separate plans for every bundle size, you already know how messy it gets. More plans to manage, more chances for pricing mistakes, and more time spent updating listings. Packs let you manage all bundle sizes from a single plan and display them together on the Growth Hub storefront.

New and improved multi-step checkout process

If checkout drop-offs or billing mistakes have been an issue, it’s often because too much happens at once. Customers get stuck, re-enter details, or create duplicate records, and you end up fixing billing later. The new checkout experience breaks the process into clear steps so customers move forward without confusion, and your data stays clean.

Change payment statuses in OfficeRnD Flex

When a payment fails or is handled outside the system, fixing it usually means taking an extra step to contact support and wait for their input. Meanwhile, your numbers don’t match, and invoices stay in the wrong state. But this is no longer the case! Admins with the 'Owner' role can now update payment status directly from the invoice.

Full invoice management in the mobile app

Your members can now manage invoices and payments directly from their mobile devices. The mobile app also allows them to view memberships, request membership cancellations, and add or remove payment methods.
