If you're selling Day Passes or any one-off service, you've probably been maintaining a separate plan for each bundle size: one for a single pass, one for 5, one for 10. Every time pricing changes, you update each plan individually. It's manual overhead that compounds as you add more options to offer.
Packs let you define multiple bundle options directly on a single one-off plan. Each pack has its own quantity and discounted price, and when the plan goes live on your Growth Hub storefront, all options are automatically displayed on one page. Buyers see the individual price alongside each bundle, with a savings badge showing the discount upfront. No separate listings, no per-pack plan management, and no back-and-forth needed to explain the value of buying more.
Overview
You can create packs of the billing plan and sell these packs at a discounted price. The best use case for this is to sell Day Passes with discounts on your Growth Hub storefront.
For example:
Your plan contains 1 day pass and costs $150.
You create a pack of 6 plans (containing a total of 6*1=6 day passes) for $800 instead of $900.
This means each Day Pass now costs $133.33 instead of $150, which is a 11.11% discount.
If the plan includes coins and credits, they will be multiplied by the number of plans in the pack. A pack of 5 plans, each with 10 credits, will contain 5*10 = 50 credits.
Create a plan pack
Creating plan packs is only available for one-off plans.
You can create multiple packs for each billing plan. To create a new pack:
Open the Flex Admin Portal and go to Billing > Plans.
Open an existing plan, or click Add Plan and select One-Off.
Open the Packs tab.
Click Add Pack.
Enter a Name for the pack. This name is visible on the Member Portal and on the Growth Hub storefront.
Enter the Quantity per Pack. This defines how many instances of the billing plan are included in the pack.
Enter the Pack Price. This is the final price customers will pay to buy the entire pack. You can see the cost of each plan within the pack and the discount offered.
If you enter a higher price, a red warning will appear, indicating that you are creating a price markup rather than a discount.
Click Add.
Add fees for plan packs
When you add a fee for this plan for a company or a member, in the Add Fee dialog, you can load any of the packs you created to automatically apply the discounted price.
