Summary
The Workplace Policies Compliancy Detailed View dashboard is broken into the following sections:
Policy Requires Presence
- Compliance with Weekly Policies - weekly compliance for workplace policies requiring presence broken down by Team and Employee. The table will be populated only for week-based policies.

Compliance with Monthly Policies - monthly compliance for workplace policies requiring presence broken down by Team and Employee. The table will be populated only for month-based policies.
Policy Doesn't Require Presence

Teams and Employees with Policies Not Requiring Presence - days with desk bookings by Teams and Employees with a not requiring office presence policy.
Grid Options
Hover and click on the Tile Actionsbutton in each grid to access the following options:
- Download exported data
- Autosize all columns
- Reset all column widths
- Open the grid in Expanded view
The dashboard has several filters on top allowing you to narrow down data in the grids. You can look into different periods of time, locations, resources, teams, and employees. Choose your filters and click on the Refresh button to update the results.
The action buttons on the right let you refresh the grids, show or hide the filters, and access a menu with the options to download exported data and reset the filters:
Download Data
The Download data dialog lets you choose several options to format the exported data according to your needs.
The following file formats are offered:
- TXT (tab-separated values)
- Excel Spreadsheet (Excel 2007 or later)
- CSV
- JSON
- HTML
- Markdown
- PNG (Image of visualization)
You can also specify a custom range of rows and columns (up to 5000) to export data from:
