The Multi-Organizations Dashboard provides an overview of Occupancy, Retention & Churn, and Booking & Utilization Metrics for multiple organizations at once. It can be very useful for performance comparisons and further insight.
How to access this dashboard
1. Click on your profile icon and choose My Profile.
2. Select Dashboard from the menu on the left. This opens the multi-organizations dashboard.
Available Filters
- Date - standard date filter, available in most of Data Hub.
- Organization Name - you can select one or multiple organizations.
- Location Name - filter the available organizations by location.

The dashboard is divided into 3 sets of tiles:
Occupancy Metrics
- Desk Occupancy - the share of occupied desks at the beginning (the 1st) of the month vs. the total available desks at the beginning (the 1st) of the month.
- Space Occupancy - occupancy % according to the amount of space in your facilities.
- % Occupancy per Organization per Month - occupancy % for each of the organizations selected from the Organization Name filter. This can be very useful for comparing performance between organizations.
- % Occupancy per Resource Type - occupancy % per Resource Type. This visual works best when a single organization is selected because you may have different resource types for different organizations.
- Leading Locations by Occupancy - shows which locations have had the highest occupancy for the selected time period.
- Occupancy Trend by Location - here, you're able to track occupancy month-over-month for chosen locations.
Retention & Churn Metrics
- Active Companies - shows how many Active customers (in total) the organization has had for the selected time period.
- Churned Customers This Month - shows the number of churned customers this month. The Date filter is ignored, so data will always be visualized for the current month.
- Active Memberships This Month - shows Active memberships for the current month compared to the previous month. The Date filter is ignored, so data will always be visualized for the current month.
- Total Active Memberships - shows the total Active memberships for the selected time period.
- Customers, Net Growth - indicates how many new/churned customers you’ve gained/churned over the selected time period.
- Active Memberships Split by Organization - shows the trend for Active memberships for the selected time period, split by organization.
- Customer Churn per Organization and Location - shows the trend of how many new/churned customers you’ve had per location and month.
- Active Memberships by Location - shows the trend for Active memberships for the selected time period, split by location.
Bookings & Utilization Metrics
- Total Number of Bookings - shows the total number of bookings for the selected time period and applied organization/location filter.
- Total Bookings Duration (in hours) - calculates the total bookings duration of bookings, made in the selected time period.
- Average Booking Duration (in hours) - calculates the average booking duration for all bookings for the selected time period.
- Hourly Credits Used - shows the number of hourly credits used.
- Total Bookings Duration in Hours per Month, Split by Paid/Free - shows the sum of hours coming from free or paid bookings.
- Bookings by Organization - shows a trend of number of bookings per organization.
- Top 20 Customers by Bookings Duration (in hours) - shows the top 20 customers by total booking duration.
- Resource Utilization by Organization - can be used to observe and identify trends in resource utilization between organizations.
- % Utilization by Location - Monthly Trend - shows resource utilization per location, so you can observe trends for the selected time period.
- Resources Ranked by & Utilization - easily identify which is your most utilized resource for the selected time period.
