How To Exclude Customers from Overdue Email Reminders

Introduction

This guide explains how to exclude specific companies, individual members, and team members from receiving overdue email reminders.

Prerequisites

  • The We'll send overdue reminders setting must be enabled in Settings/Billing Settings/Billing Rules.

Step-by-Step Instructions

How To Exclude Companies and Individual Members from Overdue Reminders

1. Navigate to Community and open the profile page of a customer or an individual member

2. On the left-hand side of the screen, scroll down to the Billing Details section.

3. Locate the SEND OVERDUE REMINDERS option. By default, this option is set to Enabled.

4. Toggle the SEND OVERDUE REMINDERS option to Disabled to exclude the customer or member from receiving overdue email reminders.

How To Exclude Company Members from Overdue Reminders
