Item Statuses

Product managers review newly submitted feature requests every month. Requests are triaged and categorized into one of the following statuses:

  • Not Reviewed: The feedback was received, but it's still not reviewed. This item will be only visible to whoever created it before its status is changed.
  • Declined: After careful consideration and collaboration with all stakeholders, we've decided not to proceed with the feature. Usually, this indicates that the feature request does not align with the product roadmap or strategic direction.
  • Awaiting Feedback: We’re gathering feedback from the broader customer base to assess the request’s demand, priority, or feasibility.
  • Planned: This request is officially in our development pipeline and will be implemented within six months.
  • In Progress: This request is in progress and on its way to being implemented within the next couple of months.
  • Released: This request has been successfully developed and is now available for use.
