The OfficeRnD Flex homepage features various data widgets, providing an overview of all essential information at a glance. You can utilize 11 widgets, each displaying data from critical aspects of managing your organization.

What data can widgets display?

Widgets data refreshes automatically every 30 seconds. In other words, when a change is made, you must wait 30 seconds for it to be displayed on the homepage widgets. To view the most recent data, refresh the page.

The data shown on the widgets can be filtered by location, allowing you to view only the data relevant to the locations you have access to.

Community widgets

The community widgets offer insights into memberships, member engagement, contracts, tours, and community events.

Widget type	Functionality
Memberships	Displays key metrics about memberships in the last week or month. You can choose to display: New memberships Expiring memberships An overview of expiring, new, and active memberships
Members	Displays key metrics about members in the last week or month. You can choose to display: New members Leaving members An overview of expiring, new, and active memberships
Tours	Displays the number of tours expected today or in the current week.
Contracts	Displays a breakdown of contracts to help you make informed decisions. You can choose to display: Unsigned contracts Expiring contracts New contracts An overview of unsigned, expiring, and new contracts
Companies	Displays key metrics about companies in the last week or month. You can choose to display: New companies Leaving companies An overview of expiring, new, and active companies
Who's In	Displays real-time data of people who are in the space today (visitors, members, and drop-ins).

Upcoming Events widget

Displays information about upcoming events today or this week. It can help you welcome all attendees properly.

Invoices widget

Provides a breakdown of overdue or failed invoices to assist with daily operations. You can modify the date range to include the last one, two, or more months.

Desk Occupancy widget

Displays key metrics about your location’s desk occupancy.

Bookings for Today widget

Displays today's bookings for selected resources, such as meeting rooms, event venues, or items requiring cleaning or preparation. You can select up to 5 resources.

Favorite Reports widget

Displays a list of selected reports providing quick access to your most important data. You can select up to 5 reports.
