Visitor Hub – Add Documents

You can add documents and prompt visitors to sign them before entering your space.

This feature is available on OfficeRnD Flex and Hybrid.

How does it work?

When visitors check in via the Visitor Hub tablet app, they are prompted to read and sign certain documents (such as the NDA, T&C, safety documents, and informational documents).

You can add different documents for different visitor flows.

Add documents

  1. Go to Visitor Hub > Tablet App Settings > Tablet Flows Customization.
  2. Click Customize.



  3. Click Customize next to "Visitor".



  4. Open the Documents tab and select an existing document or create a new one.
