How to Keep Track of Visitors

Introduction

In OfficeRnD, you can add booking visitors/quests to your bookings so you can track who comes and goes in your space.
In order to do this, you will need to add a booking visitor as an admin with granted access first.
The process is explained in detail here.

It is possible to add visitors without making a booking as well.
This is what this article refers to.
The members can add visitors in the members’ portal if they navigate to Account, then Visitors and Add Visit:

An admin can keep track of visitors in the admins’ portal by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Community/Visitors.
  2. You can filter out by a specific period of time, search for a particular visitor in the search bar or Export visits by clicking on its button on the top right corner of the page.

The .csv file contains the information that is displayed in the User Interface, it can be more convenient for the customer as it is structured.
The information that is included in the export is the following: the visitor's name, who is he visiting, phone number, the date and an hour of visit, and the location.
