Introduction
In OfficeRnD, you can add booking visitors (guests) to your bookings so you can track who comes and goes in your space.
Add Visitors To Bookings
To do this, you need to add a booking visitor as an admin with granted access first. The process is explained in detail here.
Add Visitors Without Making a Booking
Members can add visitors in the Members Portal:
- Navigate to Account, open the Visitors tab, and click Add Visit.
- In the Add a Visit dialog, select a visitor from the drop-down menu.
Alternatively, click Add new Visitor and fill in their details - name, e-mail, and phone number.
- Select the date and duration of the visit from the designated fields.
- Select the location from the drop-down menu.
- Click Add.
Manage Visitors as an Admin
Admins can keep track of visitors in the Admin Portal under Community/Visitors. There, they can browse visitors in the Pre-registered or Check-in today tabs (1), filter visitor data by a specific period of time (2), search for a particular visitor (3), and export the data in .CSV spreadsheet file format (4).
The .CSV file contains the following information: name, host, phone number, the date and time of the visit, and the location.
