How to Whitelist a Domain in Outlook

Introduction

In this help article, we'll take a look at how to whitelist a domain in Outlook so you can receive e-mails from OfficeRnD without them getting filtered out by Outlook security.

  1. Open Outlook and head to the Home tab.

  2. Navigate to Junk/Junk Email Options.

  3. In the Junk Email Options section, navigate to the Safe Senders tab and click Add.

  4. In the Add address or domain box, enter no_reply@officernd.com or officernd.com and click OK in order to save the change.

  • How to allow only certain email addresses of the domain, and block any other email addresses from the same domain?

    Should I add domain to Blocked Senders, and add its allowed email address to Safe Senders? Will this work, or Blocked Senders list has priority?
