Sometimes members switch companies and this needs to be reflected in the system. Follow these steps to move a member from one company to another:
- Navigate to Community and open the member profile.
- Click on the Edit button.
- In the newly opened window, click on the drop-down menu next to Company.
- Select the company that you wish to move the member to and click Update.
Once you move a member to a new company, all personal memberships, fees and invoices will move with it. However, if a membership is assigned to the member, but it is not billed to it, the membership will not move with the member. In this case, the membership will be unassigned and remain with the original company.
