OfficeRnD integrates with HubSpot to save you time and streamline communication between your sales and operation teams. This integration allows you to decide which properties should be synced both ways and which ones one way – either from OfficeRnD to HubSpot or from HubSpot to OfficeRnD. It also allows you to:
Automatically sync Deals in HubSpot with Opportunities in OfficeRnD, keeping their statuses aligned and their properties up to date in both systems.
Automatically sync changes in company and contact profiles between OfficeRnD and HubSpot, ensuring both systems stay current.
Syncing data between OfficeRnD and HubSpot
Keep in mind the following important points about syncing data between OfficeRnD and HubSpot before you activate the HubSpot integration:
When the integration is activated for the first time, all Companies, Contacts, and Opportunities will be added or linked with existing ones from HubSpot to OfficeRnD and from OfficeRnD to HubSpot (if you have valid mappings and depending on the option you select—see below ↓); if you have activated a two-directional sync, data will be taken from HubSpot and synced to OfficeRnD.
If you have activated a two-directional sync, data will be taken from OfficeRnD and synced to HubSpot.
If you want to sync only specific Companies to OfficeRnD, leave their location property empty in HubSpot before activating the integration. This way, they will not be created or synced in OfficeRnD.
If you have selected (in the integration settings) the sync to be only from HubSpot to OfficeRnD and some companies or members exist in OfficeRnD but do not exist in HubSpot, the data of those entities will not be synced or created from OfficeRnD to HubSpot.

Activate the HubSpot integration
To activate the HubSpot integration in OfficeRnD Flex, follow these steps:
Go to Settings
> Integrations.
In the All Integrations section, click CRM and then click Activate next to HubSpot.
Scroll up to the Active Integrations section and click Connect next to HubSpot.
Sign in to your HubSpot account and connect OfficeRnD to HubSpot:
Click Configure to define the mappings between OfficeRnD and HubSpot Members/Contacts, Companies, and Opportunities/Deals.
Configure the integration in the Configure HubSpot dialog. Follow the instructions for each tab (see below ↓).
Configure the HubSpot integration
You must configure the integration in the Configure HubSpot dialog. The configuration acts as an interpreter between OfficeRnD and HubSpot. Depending on how you set up the mappings in the integration, you can define which team changes should take precedence.
For example, when the sales team moves a Deal between different stages, the properties of that Deal should override the corresponding Opportunity settings in OfficeRnD. In that case, the mapping direction should be one-way—from HubSpot to OfficeRnD.
General (tab)
The integration supports two-way sync between OfficeRnD Flex and HubSpot. You can configure the sync settings on the General tab.
Entities to Sync
In the Entities to Sync section, you can decide which data is synchronized between the two systems and the direction of the sync.
OfficeRnD to HubSpot: The integration will sync all new Companies and Members created in OfficeRnD to Companies and Contacts in HubSpot, ensuring updates to both platforms.
You must first ensure that the mapped Property – Location pair on the Locations tab links only a single HubSpot property to an OfficeRnD Location (see below ↓).
Once you activate the option, all the Companies and Members created in OfficeRnD will be created and synced in HubSpot.
HubSpot to OfficeRnD: Choose whether to sync Companies and Contacts created in HubSpot to Companies and Members in OfficeRnD. You can also select the Opportunities initially created in HubSpot checkbox to allow HubSpot Deals to sync to OfficeRnD Opportunities.
AutoSync
You can select Enable auto sync to enable automatic hourly synchronization of Companies, Contacts, and Opportunities between OfficeRnD and HubSpot.
Locations (tab)
On the Locations tab, you must specify the property that defines which HubSpot Companies and Contacts should be synced to the different Locations in OfficeRnD.
For Locations to appear on this tab, you must create custom properties in HubSpot—one for the Companies and one for the Contacts. The custom property must be of the type "Dropdown select," and you must define its possible values (see the following screenshot).
Note: If you change the property of a Company or Member that has already been synced in HubSpot, the Location of that Company or Member in OfficeRnD will not change.
Once you have configured the Location properties in HubSpot, map them to the entities in OfficeRnD:
Company Properties (tab)
On the Company Properties tab, you can define the Company properties to sync between OfficeRnD and HubSpot.
In the Standard Properties section, you will find the list of all matching standard properties between company profiles in OfficeRnD and HubSpot. These properties are always synced, and you can change the sync direction to instruct the integration, which changes to reflect.
In the Custom Properties section, you can describe additional properties from the company profile that must be synced in both systems. For every property, you must select the direction of the synchronization. Remember that for complex properties with multiple values (multi-select, drop-down lists), you have to map each value between the two systems.
Important: When syncing, Companies are matched by Name. Different name spellings will create a new Company rather than update it. All Companies, not only those with Opportunities, will be synced.
Contact Properties (tab)
On the Contact Properties tab, you can define which Contact/Member properties to sync between OfficeRnD and HubSpot.
In the Standard Properties section, you can find the list of all matching standard properties between a member profile in OfficeRnD and a contact profile in HubSpot. These properties are always synced, and you can change the sync direction to instruct the integration, which changes to reflect.
In the Custom Properties section, you can describe additional properties from the member profile in OfficeRnD, whose values have to be synced with a contact profile in HubSpot. For every property, you must select the direction of the synchronization. Remember that for complex properties with multiple values (multi-select, drop-down lists), you must map each value between the two systems.
Important: When syncing, Contacts (in HubSpot) and Members (in OfficeRnD) are matched by Email and Name. Different spellings of these properties will create a new Contact or Member rather than update it. All Contacts and Members, not only those with Opportunities, will be synced.
Opportunity Properties (tab)
The Opportunity Statuses tab is only available when you select Opportunities initially created in HubSpot in the General tab.
On the Opportunity Properties tab, you can define which Opportunity properties to sync between OfficeRnD and HubSpot. Learn more about Opportunities in OfficeRnD →
In the Standard Properties section, you can find the list of all matching standard properties between an opportunity record in OfficeRnD and a Deal in HubSpot. These properties are always synced, and you can change the sync direction to instruct the integration, which changes to reflect.
Note: In most cases, the sync direction will be from HubSpot to OfficeRnD, as the sales team usually works in HubSpot and has the latest information about the Deal.
In the Custom Properties section, you can describe additional properties that describe the Opportunity record in OfficeRnD, whose values must be synced with a corresponding Deal in HubSpot. For every property, you have to select the direction of the synchronization. Remember that for complex properties with multiple values (multi-select, drop-down lists), you have to map each value between the two systems.
Opportunity Statuses (tab)
The Opportunity Statuses tab is only available when you select Opportunities initially created in HubSpot in the General tab.
On the Opportunity Statuses tab, you can define the pipeline in HubSpot that holds the different Deal/Opportunity statuses. Learn more about Opportunities in OfficeRnD →
Troubleshoot Deal syncing from HubSpot to OfficeRnD
If the Company or Member for which the HubSpot Deal was created does not exist in OfficeRnD and/or does not have a property that allows our system to create their profile based on the information they have in HubSpot, we will not sync the Deal, and no Opportunity will be created in OfficeRnD.
Another configuration you must consider is the Opportunity status. If you have not mapped your HubSpot Deal stages to a corresponding OfficeRnD Opportunity status, we won't be able to sync the Deal (even if the Company or Member exists in our platform).
Example: Take a look at the following screenshot. HubSpot has more Deal stages than OfficeRnD. Therefore, we must ensure that all stages synced to OfficeRnD have been mapped to the corresponding Opportunity status. Learn how to create additional Opportunity status options in OfficeRnD →
