Types of OfficeRnD subscription plans?

OfficeRnD offers three plans depending on the scale of your business:

  • Start

The Start plan includes 100 members and 1 location and can scale to up to 200 members and 1 location. Additional members shall be upgraded or downgraded for each billing period by an increment of 50 members packages for respectively $50 or €/£45 /month.

  • Grow

The Grow plan includes 200 members and 2 locations and can scale to up to 500 members and 4 locations. Additional members shall be upgraded or downgraded for each billing period with an increment of 50 members packages for respectively $55 or €/£49 /month.

Additional locations shall be upgraded or downgraded for each location start/end date for a monthly payment of respectively $99 or €/£89 /per location monthly or an annual prepayment of $82 or €/£74 /per location annually.

  • Scale (Contact Us)

The Scale plan offers two different subscription options:

Per Member - including up to 500 active monthly members in the base price and unlimited upgrades with the monthly member's packages. 

Per Location - based on the number of locations in operation with OfficeRnD.

The Per Location plan is tailored according to the scale of the business operations of each location and features unlimited monthly members. Please contact sales@officernd.com for a more detailed proposal and offer.

Additional notes:

  • All subscription plans feature an unlimited number of admin users.
  • All subscription plans of OfficeRnD are offered on a monthly or annual-prepayment basis (17% discount).
  • All OfficeRnD plans have a 6-month minimum subscription period.
  • Annual subscriptions can be canceled with a 90 days cancellation notice and are not subject to any prorated refunds.

Are there additional paid add-ons or optional costs?

  • Start plan
    • OfficeRnD Premium app - starting at $/€/£ 99 /location/month. (volume discounts available). Please note that an Apple Developer Account is required for the Premium App publishing.
    • Reception App - starting at $/€/£ 49 /location/month. (volume discounts available)
    • E-signature via HelloSign: $/£/€1.2 per signature request.
    • Salto ProAccess Space Door Access Integration: $/£/€99 /month
    • Premium payment integrations: You can integrate with our preferred payment providers Stripe, GoCardless, and Paypal (credit cards only) at no additional cost. All other payment gateways/processors carry a $/€/£ 29 /month unlocking fee that is added to the cost of your OfficeRnD subscription.
    • Premium OR Ultimate Support: $/€/£ 149 /month OR  $/€/£ 299 /month.
  • Grow plan
    • OfficeRnD Premium app - starting at $/€/£ 99 /location/month. (volume discounts available). Please note that an Apple Developer Account is required for the Premium App publishing.
    • E-signature via HelloSign: $/£/€1.2 per signature request.

What is a member?

  • a person that is assigned to have an active monthly product (recurring membership) or service in OfficeRnD. 
  • a person that is part of a company with an active monthly (recurring membership) product or service in OfficeRnD.
  • a person that is assigned to have a non-recurring charge (one-off fee) OR booked a room through OfficeRnD for the respective month.

What is a location?

A location is defined as a physical location of the office operator with its own street address. In with multiple buildings located on the same street address each building will count as a separate location. The OfficeRnD subscription plan counts locations in “Open” and “Draft” status towards your subscription plan quota.

Do I have to manually update my subscription level when I onboard new members or open a new location?

OfficeRnD will automatically track the number of members within your account and the number of locations you operate with. Member and location add-ons will be automatically provisioned for your account based on your usage. Your plan will be automatically switched between the Start and Grow plans. If you are interested in our Scale plan please contact the OfficeRnD sales team by sending an email to sales@officernd.com.

How can I provide or edit my billing information?

Please make sure you are added as an admin in your OfficeRnD organization and have access to OfficeRnD’s admin panel. After you login navigate to Settings > General > Billing Details where you would be able to provide or update your billing details information. 

How can I provide or edit my payment details?

Please make sure you are added as an admin in your OfficeRnD organization and have access to OfficeRnD’s admin panel. You can navigate to the Subscription Tab (Settings > My Account > Subscription Tab) of your account where you would be able to see all of your subscription usages and enter or update your payment card at the bottom of the page.

For your security, OfficeRnD does not store any payment card information locally.

I tried to add my payment card, but it was declined.

You can check whether you have entered the correct payment card details - Card Number, Name on Card, Expiration Date, CVV code. You could also try to contact your bank with any additional information about this issue.

How can I download my OfficeRnD subscription invoices?

You can navigate to the Subscription Tab (Settings > General > Subscription Tab) of your account where you would be able to see a detailed breakdown of the subscription usage of OfficeRnD as follows:

  • Breakdown of the monthly members for each period.
  • Breakdown of the monthly usage of e-signatures
  • Download a PDF version of the particular invoice period.

How can I pay my OfficeRnD invoices?

There are three options for payment of the OfficeRnD invoices as follows:

  • Credit or Debit Card - automated and recommended. Can be updated in the Subscription Tab (Settings > General > Subscription Tab).
  • Direct Debit (only available in the UK) - To activate it, simply message salesops@officernd.com and we will send you a Direct Debit activation request.

How can I downgrade or cancel my OfficeRnD subscription?

In order to request a downgrade or cancellation of your subscription please reach out to support@officernd.com.
