Create a Recurring Booking

Employees can create recurring bookings through both the Web Portal and the OfficeRnD Hybrid Work mobile app.

Create a Recurring Booking in the Web Portal

  1. Open the Web portal and navigate to the booking section from the left-side navigation panel.
  2. Click on the resource you'd like to book.
  3. Click on the Doesn't repeat field.
  4. Turn the option On.
  5. Adjust the settings.
  6. Apply them.
  7. Click Book.

Create a Recurring Booking in the Mobile App

  1. Open the app and navigate to the booking section.
  2. Select the desk you'd like to book.
  3. Click Book.
  4. Expand the Recurrence.
  5. Turn it On with the slider.
  6. Adjust the settings.
  7. Click View Summary.
  8. Click Confirm Booking Series.
