In OfficeRnD Hybrid's Web Portal, you can easily see who is in the office each day so you can book a desk and meet with your colleagues.
Inside your Web Portal, you will have a page dedicated to desk (or other office resources) bookings the Office Map.
If, for example, a desk has been booked, you will see the initials or a picture of the colleague that booked it for the day.
Furthermore, you have a Who's In button on the top right corner that allows you to see more information about who will be in the office on that day.
Clicking on a name under Who's In will focus you on the exact resource the person has booked.
You can also see information about who will be in the office today from your Dashboard
You can also manage your Favourites from there too.
Notes
All bookable desks are included in the Who’s In modal. This includes standard hotdesks, custom bookable desks, and even dedicated desks where the user has booked it or indicated they will be In Office.
We don’t currently include Space bookings in the Who’s In modal, because the most popular Space resource (Meeting rooms) often includes users who are joining the meeting remotely and won’t necessarily be in the office.
