Flex lets you use discounts to enable your members to book meeting rooms and other bookable resources at different rates than non-members. Click here to learn more.
1. Log into the OfficeRnD Flex Admin Portal at https://app.officernd.com/
2. Navigate to Billing & Products/Discounts.
3. Click on Add Discount and choose Resource Rate Discount.
4. Enter a Discount Code/Name.
5. Choose which Resource Rates the discount will be applicable to. Leave empty if the discount will be applied to all resource rates.
6. Enter the discount percentage or amount off.
Note: You should enter the discount amount for each rate when applicable to other than hourly.
7. (optional) Click on Add discount to add pricing variations and adjust the settings as needed.
8. Click Add to create the resource rate discount.
