Introduction
While we consistently do our best to ensure 100% reliability for all OfficeRnD Systems, Incidents may still happen. To that, the Status Page offers current System Uptime information and detailed records of all Incident Reports for our customers.
In this article, we'll take a look at all of the Status Page's contents and features.

Subscribe to Incident Updates
The Status Page lets you monitor Updates to ongoing Incidents by subscribing to Notifications. Click on the Subscribe To Updates button in the Status Page's top-right corner:
There are two channels for receiving Notifications whenever the OfficeRnD Team creates, updates, or resolves an Incident:
- E-mailsĀ
- RSS Subscription using Atom Feed or any RSS Reader.
You can also visit our Support Site.
System Status
This section indicates the current status of all OfficeRnD Systems:
The General Status is shown up top inside a colored field. Normally, this field is green and says All Systems Operational.
Moving on, each System Status is shown in an individual row that contains 90 colored bars. Each bar represents a day of operation, reaching from 90 days before (the first bar) to the present day (the last bar).
Normally, all bars are colored green. But if an Incident has been recorded on any of the past 90 days, their bars will be yellow. Mouse-hovering over a yellow bar will display a Summary of the Incident, which looks like this:
From the summary, you can access the related Incident Report by clicking on the bottom link.
View Historical Uptime
Immediately to the top-right of the row labeled Flex Platform, you will find a link called View historical uptime:
Clicking on it will take you to the Uptime Calendar which displays the Incident History for each month of the current year (or years past). Up to three months are shown simultaneously:
The Incident History is shown for only one of the OfficeRnD Systems chosen from the drop-down menu:
In the Uptime Calendar, each day of the month is shown as a square. Normally, all squares are green. But if an Incident has been recorded on a particular day, the square for it will be yellow. Mouse-hovering over a yellow square will display a summary of the Incident, which looks like this:
From the summary, you can access the related Incident Report by clicking on the bottom link.
You can come back to the Status Page from the Current Status link on the bottom-left of the Public Calendar.
Past Incidents
This section of the Status Page displays a day-by-day history of Past Incidents. Days with recorded Incidents contain links to Incident Reports, along with summaries of each report:
View Incident History
In the bottom-left of the Past Incidents section, there's a link called Incident History. Clicking on it will take you to a list of recorded Incidents (if any) for each month of the current year (or years past). As usual, links to Incident Reports are provided for each entry:
Note that you can also access Incident History from the Uptime Calendar, and vice-versa. Simply click between the Uptime and Incidents tabs to switch views:
You can come back to the Status page from the Current Status link on the bottom-left.
Conclusion
While the Status Page is a very useful tool, do not hesitate to get in touch with OfficeRnD Support if you need more specific (or urgent) information about particular Incidents.
