Activate a ticketing system

To activate a ticketing system in Flex, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Experience Hub > Member Pages.

  2. Select Feedback Form / Submit a Ticket. When the option is enabled for members, they can submit tickets through the Member Portal.

  3. Click Update.
