Activate a ticketing system

To activate a ticketing system in Flex, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the OfficeRnD Flex Admin Portal.
    ​

  2. Go to Settings > Member Apps > Member Pages.
    ​

  3. Select Feedback Form / Submit a Ticket.

    • Once the option is enabled for members, they can submit tickets through the Member Portal.
      ​

  4. Click Update to save changes.
