[Dashboard] Occupancy Rates Export
Updated over a month ago

The Occupancy Rates Export dashboard is a version of the Occupancy Rates dashboard designed for exporting. It includes each resource's Rate per Desk and Total Rate metrics.

Before you start

Dashboard filters

Alongside the standard filters in the Data Hub, this dashboard allows you to specify the rate type you want to see. Below is a list of filters that can modify the calculations shown on the dashboard:

Rate Type

This filter lets you choose the rate calculation that should be used on the dashboard:

  • Total Rate will show you each resource's total prorated discounted membership price.

  • Rate per Desk will show you the rate divided by the number of desks in the occupied resource.

For example, if you have a $100 membership for a private office with five desks:

  • The Total Rate for this resource will be $100—the same as the membership price.

  • The Rate per Desk of the resource will be 100 / 5 = $20.

Note: It is possible to sell one or more of the desks within the office under a different membership. In this case:

  • The total number of desks in the parent resource (the office) will remain the same, and its rates will be calculated similarly. The number of desks in it will remain unchanged.

  • The Total Rate and Rate per Desk for the sold desk will be the same as that for a single desk resource.

Unit of Measurement

This filter lets you choose the unit of measurement you want to see on the dashboard: square meters or square feet.

Include Unassigned Memberships

Sometimes, you might need to see active memberships in your organization that are not (yet) associated with any resource or are not meant to be linked to a specific resource in the first place (for example, Hot Desk memberships). In those cases, you can set the "Include Unassigned Memberships" filter to "Yes."

Remember that the Rate per Desk and all resource-related columns for such memberships will always be blank, as they are not associated with specific resources.

Include Unoccupied Resources

Similar to the "Include Unassigned Resources" filter, this one lets you see resources that are not occupied via memberships in the selected timeframe. When this filter is set to "Yes," only available resources in the selected date range are displayed.

Remember that all memberships-related columns for these resources will always be blank because the resources are unoccupied.
